Shipping Policy for Afar Five Oceans Coffee Trading LLC

U.A.E SHIPPING

Our domestic orders (U.A.E) are shipped via our private delivery partners.  Therefore, we require a shipping address that is deliverable by the courier. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

All orders placed after 3 PM will be processed on the next business day. We are closed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday). 

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

UAE Delivery Fees will be mentioned on the checkout page. Free Delivery on Orders 250+ AED

Dubai- Orders of less than AED 250 will be charged AED 15 shipping fee (non-refundable) in case of any cancellation.

Other Emirates- Orders of less than AED 250 will be charged AED 25 shipping fee (non-refundable) in case of any cancellation.

In the event an item is unavailable you will be notified by phone and/or email and the unavailable item will be automatically refunded to your account.  The remainder of the order will be billed and shipped. Unavailable items will not be automatically placed on backorder.
