Kenya is known for its high-quality standards and attention to detail from the initial cherry sorting and various coffee processing stages, resulting in consistent and high-quality coffees.

In Kenya, most coffee producers are small-hold farmers and usually work with local co-operatives and washing stations to process their coffees. After sorting the cherries, the coffees are pulped, washed, and dried on raised beds. Once the coffees have reached their optimal moisture, they are stored and sent to milling stations when ready for export.
